Are meals included in my stay?

While meals are not automatically included, we offer meal packages and catering services upon request. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and we can provide grocery delivery services and local restaurant recommendations.

Do you provide translation services?

Yes, we offer multilingual support with staff fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. We can also arrange professional translation services for business meetings and formal events during COP-30.

How do I make a reservation?

Booking is simple - contact us directly via phone, email, or through our online reservation system. We recommend booking early due to high demand during the COP-30 conference period. Payment can be made securely through our Stripe checkout system.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation terms: full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance, 50% refund for 24-48 hours notice, and case-by-case consideration for emergency cancellations with proper documentation.
